After this, you need to cut the sheet to the desired length. Then the second function of the pasta maker machine comes into play. All machines include a pasta cutter to cut the pasta into strips. Just choose the size you'd like and run the sheets through the pasta cutter. That's all you need to do! Simply leave the completed pasta for an hour or so to dry - a pasta drying rack may help with this part - and it's ready to cook.
